"We loved our stay here! We are a family with small children and we were really impressed with how family friendly it was. Main bedroom is downstairs and others are upstairs but a baby gate is available. The views are stunning, the place was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"Great property with a long list of amenities. No issues with the room or staff. My only complaint was that the pools were very dirty. We set aside a half day to swim in the pools only to leave after 20 minutes disappointed. There were bugs floating in the water everywhere and the floor of the pools were all very dirty. So much so that we did not want to get in. What struck me as interesting was that we were there during July, I would think a peak time for pool use. None of the pool filters were on in any of the pools. Why? The filters would help clean and circulate the pools. We left disappointed by the pools but everything else was great."

"We had a wonderful vacation. The house is beautiful and comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen to cook any meal you want, including an assortment of spices! We cooked Thanksgiving in July, and even had a big turkey platter! And I can’t say enough about the view. We would sit out on the deck and gaze at the ever changing colors and patterns on the cliffs across the valley every chance we got. There is so much to do and see in the area, too. If you like rugged, beautiful scenery, hot springs, and history, you will be very happy here. Rockhounds and birdwatchers will be delighted, too! The location is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful, and the house was obviously built with love and you can feel it."

"The property and location was an amazing, although a little difficult to get to. We have a Subaru, so the long uneven dirt road was no problem for us, but I could see some vehicles having more of an issue. Our host was very responsive. The fact that there is no air conditioning should be more prominent when looking to book. I missed it initially when I booked the property. And while it was honestly not too bad even for mid July, it was pretty warm upstairs. Down stairs was much better. The property only has several small fans that provide very little air circulation. Since we drove and knew there would be no AC (we have stayed in the Jemez area before), we brought our own small but powerful floor fan which provided much needed air circulation and made sleeping at night much more bearable. It does eventually cool down overnight and with the windows open & the fan going it was good. No wifi/spotty cell service so also keep that in mind. We did a bit of hiking around the property which was lovely. And Jemez Springs is not too far with some great hikes as well. We love the area. Great place to disconnect. Overall we had a wonderful time and again the property was beautiful and the amenities were great. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. But again, bigger better fans should be provided in the summer for a desert property with no air conditioning. If you are driving and have some nice powerful fans, bring them with you!! They definitely help!"

"We rented this home for a golf trip, and it was great. It was just three guys, so I can’t say we were tuned in to the finer creature comforts, but from the male perspective, so much better than staying in hotel rooms!It is a roomy setup in a nice neighborhood, with a beautiful view of Sandia Peak out the back. We enjoyed relaxing on the covered back porch. The Kitchen is well equipped. There was ample hot water for showers, and there is a roomy two car garage. The location was central to the three awesome golf courses we played, and we were just minutes from several grocery stores.Host communication was great. They were prepared for us as expected, communicated the access code timely, and no issues arose during our stay.I did hear one complaint about the mattress in the corner bedroom. I don’t feel this rated a full one star deduction, but might have deducted a half star if that were an option."
