Very good location and certainly more spacious than the two of us needed but the added kitchen was outstanding. The staff was kind and helpful and communications were perfect. "My wife and I enjoyed two nights at 312 Piazza San Marco. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic and very close to all main attractions. Asela was very hospitable and welcoming. He arranged quick transportation on several occasions and a tour of a Murano glass factory. We would highly recommend this hotel!"

"The property is amazing, in an excellent location. The rooms are modern inside, and this is the cleanest hotel we’ve been in so far. The staff is amazing, providing all the support that you need. The cleaning service is amazing as well, you feel treated as a royalty. The Il Picollo restaurant is amazing with great breakfast options and a quite fine dining service. It was an amazing experience and we will definitely go back. "
