Holiday Home 'Graziella' with Sea View, Shared Pool and Shared Terrace

In San Teodoro, the holiday home Villa Graziella offers you an excellent sea view. The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, five bedrooms and four bathrooms, and can accommodate up to ten people. Additional amenities include a TV, a washing machine, and beach or pool towels. The accommodation offers Wi-Fi, but is not equipped with air conditioning. The house features a private outdoor area with a garden, balcony, and outdoor shower. You also have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from June 1st to September 15th), covered terrace, barbecue, and an additional outdoor shower. The property is located near several beaches. Four parking spaces are available on the property, as well as free street parking. Pets are not allowed, smoking and parties are not permitted. The property follows guidelines for proper waste separation; further information is provided on site. Bed linen and towels are available on request and for an extra fee.
