"We usually stay here when visiting family in AZ. The property is average. The rooms pass but are not super clean. The breakfast is obviously a plus and has a good variety. My kid loves to have the waffles. The beds are ok. The double bed rooms are too small for my liking. If they would make the beds a queen that would work but they are double beds. Not ideal for a family of 4 unless your kids are small. "
