Everyone was extremely helpful and made out stay very relaxed with our 2 doggies. They had setup some doggy beds, bowls and treats which was a very nice touch.

The hotel room was designed as simple in modern meaning. Room was very clean. Very nice breakfast. The region is not a shopping area and not crowded, but nice place. Bars and supermarkets near the hotel are available.

The staff was very welcoming and the check-in quick. The room was comfortable and just right for our purpose, with a good size and a nice terrasse on the 4th floor (unfortunately, the weather did not allow the us of it - it was cold and we had heavy rains). A good place to stay and we can recommend it (also very animal friendly - except no dogs permitted in the restaurant)

Mesmo com 22graus Celsius em San Sebastián, o ar condicionado não estava disponível, sentimos calor em vários momentos e acordamos de manhã com calor. Já saiamos suando após o banho. Não podemos compreender que só a calefação estava disponível em pleno mês de outubro, que não é inverno todavia. Jamais voltaria.
