"My room was clean, staff were nice and attentive. Room service came everyday and made sure my room was kept stocked. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to try all the restaurants but enjoyed the food I was able to try. I was a little upset that excursions had to be bought separately, but overall I enjoyed my stay. I got a massage, got my hair braided and went horse back riding(all activities were separate from the hotel & can be arranged at the beach) I also had fresh coconut/coconut juice & mango with tajin from the local fruit vendor at the beach. "

"We had the pleasure of staying here at Mio Feb 21-Feb 28. A little excitement the first couple of days with the Cartel and Military. As they say, the people make the place. Well top shelf all around!! Viktor, Francesco, Angelica, Daniel, Karla, Rubi and all were fabulous. A great place to stay, superb value in a really nice area. You will more than enjoy. "I just stayed here for a week. I had a wonderful experience. Staff was all very friendly. This was right after all the stuff happened down here so I called ahead of time and was assured everything was fine. I felt completely safe down here during my stay. I got a room on the fifth floor and the far back of the building which I highly recommend because it's far away from the street. The coffee place right next-door is delicious. I get that every morning instead of the coffee they offer here which is only available from 7 to 9 . But if you walk right out the door there's a little coffee place where you get a discount and it's bomb . I couldn't recommend this Hotel more. I got such a great rate. The rooftop pool is beautiful, hot tub is beautiful. The views from the rooftop full of the ocean are marvelous. I stayed in the panoramic deluxe room with the balcony overlooking the ocean. It's only a six dollar Uber over to the romantica district. I went one full day got the day pass playa los arcos For 60 bucks includes breakfast lunch and drinks right on the ocean that was awesome. This will definitely be one of my number one places to look when I stay in PV! Loved it. Thank you for the hospitality. What a find... and no kids lol"
