"The staff are incredible! They were so nice and went over and above to make sure we had a wonderful vacation. The food was excellent as was the bar service by the hot springs. Thank you to everyone whi helped my husband when he fell there and got him to a clinic for stiches so quickly and stayed with him and brought him back to me, you all are the best!"

"6/11/24: we stayed here for 3 nights. It was our 30th anniversary and wife’s bday. This is an amazing place. The rooms are beautiful. The view of the volcano is stunning! The staff were helpful from the moment we checked in until our checkout. I will return again and hope this review helps others when deciding whether to stay. You can’t go wrong with this hotel."

"We loved staying at this hotel, it was beautiful and clean. The view and the room were amazing.The staff were amazing and friendly. The staff at the reception and the guy at the pool bar were really nice and helpful. We just felt a little uncomfortable the first night we ate at the restaurant because the restaurant staff were really pushing the special of the night that at the end was expensive and not really that good for the price and the “complimentary” dessert was a frozen pie we usually find in any store. Besides that the rest was great and we enjoyed it a lot."

"Beautiful property with amazing manicured tropical landscaping and great views of the volcano from our room. Our kids love the waterslides and all of the hot and cold pools to swim in! Our hotel room was simply decorated, but comfortable bed and air-conditioning. Our family loved eating at the poolside restaurant and the morning breakfast buffet was quality! Staff was very friendly and professional! All in all a very good deal and we would come back! "
