"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Heritage Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to the manager, Edward, who truly made the stay even better with his excellent leadership. The food was fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Highly recommended!"

"La Hotel Makati was incredible. I first checked in at the Fairmont, but the room was disappointing, so I switched to Shangri-La, which was the best decision. The staff was so welcoming. Erik's care and recommendations were spot on. Warren, our bellman, helped with all our luggage and made sure everything was perfect before heading back to the US. Our room was luxurious, and the views were amazing. Thanks to Moli, Mark, and Jerilyn for keeping everything perfect. Dining at The Circle, especially the breakfast buffet, was fantastic. Mama Belle and her team were so warm and inviting. The ladies at the Filipino dessert tables always made sure I had enough sweets. The bell staff was efficient and friendly, too. After the Fairmont experience, Shangri-La was just a breath of fresh air. Amazing service, kind staff, and luxurious rooms made it feel like home. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Makati and can't wait to return!"

"We like that they accommodate us for early check in since we just arrived from the airport. Clean. Comfortable bed. The only issue is that for the breakfast they never refill the Taho section. If you arrived late you will not enjoy everything they offer for breakfast. I saw flies touch the bread and I inform the staff. "
