Breakfasts were great with bartender ready to make us fresh cappuccinos. One day we weren't feeling well and they made sure we had food. "There was no ventilation fan. The room was clean but the shower room was a little old. We had a quiet night. There were times when the communication was poor. It takes 15 minutes from the nearest station, but there are supermarkets and drugstores nearby, so it's convenient."

"Our stay at Art Hotel Navigli was wonderful. The staff was extremely accommodating, the breakfast was absolutely the best we have experienced (fresh fruit and vegetables including ginger for the juicer, even), the art decor remarkable and the room clean and well-appointed. The location - literally two blocks from the M2 metro, surrounded by many restaurants, basically on the canal and within a reasonable walk to the Duomo - is perfect. Highly recommended."

"Very happy with this stay. Lovely apartment in good area. Plenty of restaurants close by along the canals. Tram easy into Central Milan or walk for 25 minutes or so. Good support from company. Felt like somebody available to help via WhatsApp or phone whenever needed. We had a slight problem getting into the building initially, but help was available immediately and all sorted out in minutes. I was probably doing something wrong. They have a 'hub'/office in central Milan which can be used for...

"Location and size of the apartment were great, and it was nice to have a fill size refrigerator. However, maintenance wasn't great: the closet door was broken when I arrived (it was repaired during my stay), a chair had a broken leg, and the remotes for the air conditioners were intermittent (low battery?) Also the floor was quite dirty - I wasn't comfortable walking around without shoes. "

"An amazing place to stay if you are visiting Milan for a short break. 11 stops on the tube directly from the airport to the hotel. The Tube stop is a 3 minute walk from the hotel location! 15 minute walk to the centre where the cathedral is, and 15 minutes to Navalgi where the night life is. Absolutely perfect. Clean and spacious. Take your own iron though!"
