"The staff was top notch and able to speak many languages. The area was clean. The food was good. It was an all inclusive resort but we tipped anyway because they deserved it!"
"Standard all inclusive, good variety of food items to choose from though some inconsistencies from day to day and they seemed to run out of a number of items each day. My room was kept spotless and housekeeping was pretty respectful of some afternoon work meetings I had to take and fridge restocked daily for which I greatly appreciated. I extended my trip by a day due to flight delays and had to downgrade my room due to full occupancy which was totally understandable but I was able to recheck in to my new room within an hour of checking out and they were even willing to let me sit on the beach while I started to wait out my first flight delay. "
"To anyone stressed about the bad reviews, ignore them. The food never ran out and there was lots to choose from. The buildings are old and wind/sand blown, and there’s seaweed on the beach, but that’s staying on the ocean. A gorgeous and warm ocean. You can order chips and guacamole right on the beach (not a “secret menu” you just have to ask like an adult). The staff was amazing and very helpful. Will 100% stay again. Thank you for the amazing stay! "
"This was our fourth stay at Casa Mexicana. This hotel is consistent in its cleanliness, service, and hospitality. The location is perfect for dining, shopping and exploring the Island of Cozumel."
