"Room cleaned daily, inconsistent replacement of water, Kleenex, towels on arrival requested room change related to elevated bathtub/shower needed to climb up into which was a safety hazard for my husband and I. Told to return next day at noon for an available room. Did this and told to return at 3pm, at that time then told no rooms available when my niece had just checked into a room with a walk in shower. Overall the cleanliness of facility was fair, areas with mold, reusing paper cups at bars? Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is good. Location is good proximity to town. "
"Over all our room was good. A few long hairs in the tub the first day though. The Fish House was excellent but the chicken served at the magic show was very tough. Buffet super was not the greatest but breakfast was good. Lots of shaded area and the beach was beautiful! We were there 3 nights and would probably go again at a better deal. "
"we come stay here at least 3 times a year . always get experience. the staff that we see Sinthia , Vincente, Gustavo and sergio and Ellie at desk are always so pleasant and helpful. we recommend this place to friends and family "
"Palace resorts are amazing. Our 4th visit to one. This resort is small but it made our trip that more memorable. The guests and staff were all amazing. Activities were plentiful and we discovered snorkeling a few steps away from your lounge chair..
"
"Getting a room on the backside, away from the ocean, there are a couple nightclubs / bars that play band music until 11:00 p.m. or later. It can be very loud. Ocean view is much quieter!
Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is just what I needed to get my day starting off right."
