Villa composed of four flats with a common garden, situated in a quiet and green area of Bibione. The flat is located on the 1st floor (without lift), and it can host up to six guests. It consists of an open plan kitchen, a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, two bedrooms with two single beds, a full bathroom with shower, and a lovely balcony. The property comes with: TV, and one parking space (covered or uncovered subject to availability).*No A/C available. Beach distance: 700mt

Katastrophe

Die Unterkunft war im ersten Stock, nordseitig gelegen. Eiskalter Fliesenboden, keine Bettdecken vorhanden, nur kratzige Tagesdecken. Wir sind Sonntag Abend angereist. Am Dienstag Morgen war die Heizung ausgefallen und das Warmwasser ebenso. Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme mit Beahost, bekam ich erst am Mittwoch Vormittag eine Antwort, ich möge den Hausmeister kontaktieren. Nachdem ich das gemacht habe, bekam ich von diesem nur die Antwort, er sei auf Urlaub und ich möge die Agentur kontaktieren. Dies habe ich wiederum gemacht. Bis Freitag war das Problem nicht behoben, niemand da und keinerlei Reaktion von der Agentur. Meine Kinder und ich haben bei 16°C Innentemperatur, kaltem Boden und OHNE Warmwasser 4 Tage ausgeharrt. Dann sind wir frühzeitig abgereist. Beahost putzt sich jetzt ab und meint, dass ich sie nur per Email kontaktiert habe (wobei bei jeder Email von beahost steht am Ende "wenn Sie weitere Fragen haben, antworten Sie direkt auf diese Email") und sie deshalb nicht zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden können. Wie kommen meine Kinder und ich dazu, den Hausmeister suchen zu müssen?? Unser Aufenthalt war vom 27.10. bis 1.11. in Bibione und bis dato habe ich kein Entgegenkommen der Agentur noch irgendeine Kompensation gesehen. Ich werde sicherlich niemals wieder hier buchen.
