"Excellent breakfast. Poor guest service. I asked 4 times for a toilet paper!! I had to go to ask for ir directly to the front desk at the lobby. "

"The hotel is very clean and practical as it has shopping right next door including a food court with Lung Fung, and Texas do Brazil restaurant, as well as a supermarket with great salads. The pool is very nice with a great view. However, it is not very close to the banking center."

"The hotel is ok but I wouldn't recommend it as my friend and I was held up at gun point by arm thugs ,we almost lost our life while on vacation. This was very scary for them as it was theirs first time traveling. To make it worst when I spoke to the Staff/Manger they said there was nothing they can do about and outside doesn't have cameras."
