"We arrived early before check in and they said our room was already ready so we dropped luggage off and went to lunch. At check out 2 days later there was a $75.00 charge for checking in early. No one informed us that we would have a fee to check in early or we would have waited. We never even stayed in the room we went to lunch. BEWARE OF THIS TRICKY TACKTIC"
