We were a family of 5 that stayed on the penthouse floor. It was fabulous, clean, on-site laundry and the rooftop pool with views was incredible. They are extremely responsive. The TV was not working & we thought it was the remote...what did they do? They brought a new TV, which we were not expecting. ...

Only the bathroom doesn't lock, and the pool is awful. You can use it only if you are drinking; otherwise, you won't feel comfortable. If you travel with kids, this is not a hotel to go to.
