Staff is incredible. They take wonderful care of you. The restaurant was great. Breakfast every morning was delicious. The pool area is amazing and staff are very accomodating. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The pool area was beautiful as were the views from our room. The food was good and there were restaurants close by. The only downside was there were renovations happening throughout not only this hotel but the buildings next door so whether inside or outside you could hear the construction crews.

Nice property. USA prices but not surprising if you book a mariott in Panama. If I had planned better, I would have stayed in a more unique place. Seems like more of an event hotel. Cava bar had some awesome cocktails and Misi food and wine was great.

From the moment you step on the SL floor, the staff is super welcoming and the environment is chic and super clean. Everything is clean, every surface is clean. Not a thing out of place. Order and cleanliness is abundant. Also orderly.

Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Property is beautiful and the amenities are great. Only down side is they are not very detailed in cleaning rooms, lots of stains and clear rush to complete the job. Maybe they are understaffed in this area.

It was ok, for a JW Mariott i expected so much more. There was construction going on, with a crane blocking the beautiful city view, and the hotel next door facing our room was not at all pretty. The staff is on top of you around the pool area (for no reason) and drinks are over priced for the amount of ice that was in it. There is no signal in the lobby or wifi unless you are in your room so you have to call and uber from your room 2 elevators away and hope they wait for you. Not what i was expecting for the price i paid!
