Staff members were all professional and friendly. We received small gifts for Christmas and also the day we checked out. Amazing hospitality!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the sights and attractions in Florence. The amenities, cleanliness, and pleasant staff made for a very enjoyable stay. From city maps and directions, to dinner recommendations, they made every effort to help us enjoy our brief time in the city.

Very friendly and helpful staff, our room was very clean and we really loved our stay here. The bathroom is a bit small though and we heard the TV from the room next to us at night. Breakfast was pretty good although not everything was available.
But I would definitely return here.

the hotel room is very cozy. room is too dry but i like it.
the breakfast is really good staff so nice. very close by SMN station and Duomo. the perfect location. i wish staying in the future.

The aircon didn’t work, the staff helped me change to a different place which is very nice. The staffs are friendly, make guesses very welcome. But the property really needs a well due renovation.

The only thing to not like was the noisy family stomping above us late at night and early the next morning. A good night's sleep is pretty much the point of staying at a hotel. That said, I would stay there again and recommend it to others. Accommodations feel welcoming and comfortable. Nothing is worn or neglected. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is outstanding for either the light eater or the hearty. Location is excellent being roughly five blocks from the train station and hardly 30 paces from the most outstanding leather market I've ever seen.
