"Highly recommend this property!! We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! Management was very communicative and very friendly. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip back to Pagosa Springs. It’s a must stay!! "

"We enjoyed staying here. The bonus was that the room is renovated and clean. The breakfast in the mornings is excellent. The lodge is right next to à lake often visited by Canadian geese and ducks so they can be heard which is nice. The only negative is that it’s hard to sleep in late because we believe the building is older and you can hear everyone’s footsteps going down the wooden path and up the stairs (we were in a room next to the stairs). "

"Rooms are small but clean, beds are surprisingly comfortable, and location is a close walk to the springs. The worse part about this motel is that it is still just a motel. The sound proofing is non existent, road noise can be heard and other guest conversations can be heard clearly. The motel provides you with earplugs but that’s not a great resolution to the problem. Second issue is they only installed one window with blackout curtains so sleep was limited by the light and noise. Would not recommend. "

"I could just move here! This condo was perfection, the views of the river from the 2 balconies are so relaxing while enjoying your morning coffee. The heated floors are perfect for cold mornings. Good sized kitchen for cooking and plenty of space if you are needing to work on vacation. Having a garage to store ski equipment was very handy and we were within walking distance to the hot springs which is a must visit. Great location and incredible condo!"
