"We rented the Deluxe rooms. I understand they just completed ski season and expanding but smashed bugs on the ceiling in the bathroom, loose faucets I shower were not as deluxe as I would want. Stay in Lodge or Expansion. The pools were however well taken care of and very clean. Summer was expensive and not up to the price as far as service. Atmosphere was more like an open breakfast buffet and not real private. Maybe add ambiancece and a fireplace. The staff are also patrons which was a little wierd sinc e most of them in the pools as well. Sulfur smell is hard to get out of clothes etc. Pagosa springs is also in a major street rehab and many businesses are closing. Meh"

"Property is dated, but clean and lots of space. Blinds are difficult to let down, but functional. Fireplaces are great. Kitchen utensils are plentiful, but had to go get coffee from the market. Host communication was ok, but felt like AI much of the time. Views were spectacular as described. Location is good, a bit outside of the main town, so quiet and relaxing. No great outdoor space to sit, but there is a bench by the front door."
