"Communication for the check-in process was super easy. The condo was very accommodating and fully stocked. There was absolutely nothing that was needed. Lots of board games for the family to play and plenty of room for everything to hang out comfortably. Durango was only a 10 minute drive and Purgatory was 20 minutes. I would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Durango again."

"Wonderful property and great hosts. Wish we could have stayed longer. Matt and Lindsey were great to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the Durango area. House was very well stocked and comfortable. Would book again for sure."

"we were only at this property in the mornings and at night, we primarily came up there to ride motorcycles. The house was as described, very nice and well equipped. The garage was very big and great for putting both our motorcycles. Adequate driveway room for two 6 x 12 aluminum utility trailers and two trucks. Best of all, the host was extremely responsive to any questions or needs we had, that’s huge! also met the neighbors and several folks walking nearby trail and everyone in the area was very nice.Thank you for a great place to stay. attached a couple of pictures taken from the balcony patio, which was very nice and relaxing."

"Beautiful house, amazing backyard! The area is quiet and peaceful. 15-20 mins from downtown. Neighbors were insightful and friendly. I brought my pup on the trip, the only hazard I encountered was the friendly, free roaming neighborhood dogs. To no fault of their own, we didn’t get to enjoy the patio or yard as much as I’d liked. (Sadly, my dog is not good with other dogs.). My head was on a swivel anytime I took her outside. Kitchen was well stocked, the welcome book was great. They made it easy to link the streaming services and automatically logs you out after check out. Check our instructions straight forward. Overall. It was a great place to stay!"

"Spacious, very clean, well appointed kitchen dishes and appliances. Starter packs of hygiene products and kitchen products were appreciated. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Beautiful view, train goes by in the distance several times a day. Nearby market for easy shopping a few minutes away. 10-15 minutes from Durango."
