"Rooms were clean, cleaning staff, bartenders, valet & servers were all amazing. I think the guys tending to the Palapas and beach chairs may need to get paid more. They didn’t seem like they were very enthusiastic about getting the guests set up out at the beach. Don’t get me wrong they did it but you could just tell they were not enthused. I don’t know if it was available, but there were no servers taking orders at the Palapas even though it looked like you had a little flag to put up when you wanted a drink… We had to get our own drinks at the bars. That may seem kind of spoiled, but I’m on vacation and when we’re paying this much I would expect there to be servers at the beach."

"The property is divided by ownership, time share, and hotel booking. It is conveniently located in front of the beach. The people and the staff were wonderful. Good restaurants at walking distance. The parking was NOT easy to get to if you have a big SUV and is very limited. The building is old and needs lots of renovations but we had a great time. Will not hesitate to stay there again. One last thing it’s near the airport so noise wise you will here the planes taking off."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Alexander at the front desk and Melody at the bar. They were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly made our vacation even more enjoyable. Their excellent customer service and genuine kindness made a lasting impression. The complimentary breakfast every morning was delicious, the pool was amazing, and the staff did a great job recommending local attractions, restaurants, and amenities around the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!"

"The hotel garden and outdoor area was beautiful!! I didn’t see any staff while we were staying there and rooms don’t get cleaned during the day but besides that the location was perfect and the breakfast station was amazing. The hammocks near the pool felt like a sanctuary. Could relax out there all day."
