We welcome you to your new and luxurious apartment in the center of the city, located in one of the most iconic residential buildings in the country, with a variety of amenities and just a 5-minute walk away from the most famous gastronomic area of San José. The neighborhood is safe, and has different areas according to your preference (whether it's a night out, or a quiet afternoon in the park). A/C, WiFi 500 mbps, and parking included. The space Located on the 22nd floor, decorated to provide a warm atmosphere, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets from your balcony overlooking the entire central valley. Your bedroom has A/C and a queen bed, complemented with a mattress of high prestige in the market to ensure a restful sleep after your trips. You have access to a safe for your peace of mind. Digital TV + Wi-fi 75 mbps fiber optic, HBO Max, and Netflix, access included with your reservation both in your bedroom and in the TV room. The latter has glass windows that connect to its beautiful balcony, and its splendid view of the city, 55-inch TV, and a wonderful sofa bed to enjoy your favorite programs comfortably. Your kitchen is fully equipped, with a refrigerator, a 4-seater electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a water heater, a French press, a toaster, a blender, a mixer, a rice cooker, and more. You have a built-in washer and dryer available, free to use for your needs, iron and ironing board if you require it. The dining space is incorporated between the kitchen and the living room, with 4 spaces to share comfortably. 1 private bathroom, with dryer, hot water shower, and sink. Here you will find a complete courtesy personal hygiene kit (bar soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel). Guest access Access to your unit is through the building's reception, where the URBN Escalante staff awaits you, available 24 hours a day. Here you will be checked-in, you will be asked for your name and identification to make sure we give you the correct unit, with their respective access keys. If you require 1 parking space, you can contact us in advance to coordinate the required space to be assigned. Additional parking spaces may be assigned for an additional cost. Once the check-in is completed, you will have access to the different amenities of the building (gym, pool, library, cinema, rooftop, yoga room, co-working rooms, barbecue area, private rooms for events and more...). Keep in mind that some of these amenities require a reservation through the host, and others may require an extra fee to be used. To learn more about which ones require a reservation, please contact us. Other things to note We have a strict cleaning and disinfection protocol, as well as a detailed maintenance control to receive you in an always shiny space. Our staff will always be attentive and available to help you with the needs and requests that arise, so do not hesitate to contact us to solve any inconvenience. Please keep in mind that we can provide you with new sets of towels and bedding if you require it, in addition to requesting additional cleanings of your unit once a week at no additional cost. If you require transportation to/from the airport, we can coordinate with our trusted staff for the transfer (extra charge for the service). On floor 1, you will find a grocery store with convenient access, as well as some fast food restaurants if you are short on time. An important point on the 29th floor of your building is one of the most elegant restaurants in the city, with the best view of the central valley, in case you want to celebrate a special occasion, or simply enjoy the view and good food. Rules of the place: Pets are not allowed Visits are not allowed, with no exception to stays of less than 6 nights. Entry of more than 2 people per reservation is not allowed. Absolutely no smoking inside the building or throwing objects out of the windows or balcony. Noises greater than 45 decibels are not allowed after 10 pm, as part of maintaining a healthy coexistence with the neighbors and our guests. The organization of parties inside the apartment is not authorized. If the rules are not followed, a fine may be applied. Parking is included in your reservation, but we request confirmation of the need for parking to be able to process your space.
