The hotel is located in the city center, so it’s walkable to the national theater, plaza/museum, parks, and other attractions. It’s next to a casino and feels more like an apartment building than a traditional hotel. The staff were very friendly and our room was extremely spacious. It even had a small kitchen area but there were no pots, utensils or plates whatsoever. We were under the impression that it offered a buffet breakfast but you actually ordered from the menu. Simple local foods. For the space and location, we’d consider staying here if we visit San Jose again.

It was truly a pleasure , I feel like the pictures don’t do the justice of how big the rooms are . I definitely would recommend. Breakfast is really good too, and staff was helpful.

Pleasantly surprised to find this quality of a hotel property, at this price, so close to Biblica Hospital. Our suite was clean, with a loft, king bed and full bathroom in loft. The lower level had an induction flatop, full sink, microwave and mini fridge. Secure underground parking was also complimentary. The hotel appears to have been recently upgraded and the quality of materials, fixtures and workmanship was exceptional. The free breakfast was fast and very good with multiple selections available, with full table service. The front desk staff were efficient and very helpful with directions on eating establishments within walking distance of the property. We will be returning to this property on our next trip to the area.

The hotel is very central close to everything. I was apprehensive about no window to outside but the frosted glass window to the hallway of the room let in light with full privacy so did not bother us at all!

Staff was very friendly, the facility was very nice, and very clean. They could use some sort of air freshener for the rooms but other than that no issues. Not that there was unpleasant smell but just a bit stale. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay here again.

Staff are welcoming. The room is clean but there are some maintenance issues, e.g. TV, the shower takes a long time to get the hot water. Room is super big and the mattress is comfy. Breakfast is amazing.

Breakfast was a fantastic introduction to Costa Rican food and the guy who served us was very friendly and helpful Location is in the centre of town within walking distance of /near the sights Our room was a big claen room with plenty of room with a safe coffee filter ironing board and iron all of which we did not expect There is a communal area on the landings for people to use too Staff were friendly and helpful
