Modern, clean and spacious room. Very well located, within 1 block of the center of town. We stayed for one night, but did not have hot water. They attempted to restart the water heater, but apparently didn’t work. An inconvenience that I hope was temporary and the next guests did not have that problem.

The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. I am a terrible sleeper and I like a firm mattress with pillowtop which is exactly what they had. I had an issue with m y first room as it had a connecting door to another room where some young folks were kind of loud. They easiily moved me to a new one without a connecting door. Word of advice: if you are a light sleeper, you may want a room that either does not have a window or is higher up, 5th floor? , as the traffic noise can be loud. San Jose is a busy city. Very pleasant staff, free breakfast: eggs, granola yogurt, juice, fresh fruit. good enough for me!

Everything was fantastic about staying at Urban Green, from the delicious free breakfasts to the helpful staff. In the center of town, within walking distance to the museums, banks, restaurants and shops. I booked for five days and stayed fifteen, and will stay there next time I go to San Jose.

Nice property if you want to be in the downtown area. Close to everything. The internet didn’t work well in room 512. But the staff is actively working to upgrade the internet for that room. I enjoyed the spacious room and the breakfast was very good….with friendly workers.

Convenient location. One minute walk to Plaza Culture. Comfortable room. Friendly staff, wish I had gotten the males name to give him a kudos to his boss. Bilingual staff. Good breakfast with friendliest staff. Gym only had small amount of equipment but used Smart Fit nearby for $13 USD each day pass. Beautiful common areas that look very nice. Comfy bed and cold air conditioning.
