Very friendly Ticas in the bar, large bar downstairs with live music on some nights, good restaurant, good pizza 🍕, best live poker room in Costa Rica, cash available at casino cage on VISA card..... inexpensive, nice hotel rooms , genuine Cuban cigars a block away in tobacco store nos

The hotel was clean and neat, the staff was very friendly and helpful, it is an old building but well maintained, the food at the bar was good but a bit pricey, the drinks were quite expensive also, free breakfast was included and was pretty good, there was free secured underground parking but not recommended for large vehicles. This hotel/casino is a adults only spot that is guest friendly, I would definitely book this hotel again.

Everything this hotel had to offer was amazing which made for a great stay. Restaurant, Spa, Casino & Bars all on site were all a great experience and made for a great vacation. The downtown location made for a perfect central base for getting out and exploring all of Costa Rica with an agency right across the street for booking tour guided excursions. The entire hotel staff was very nice and helpful in every way. Their drivers for their provided shuttle service got me from airport to hotel on my arrival and from hotel back to airport on my departure. 5 stars all around.

The room is always clean. The Hotel has an excellent service staff. On my last trip, there was a problem with the water heater and sometimes showers were cold. I’m sure this was resolved soon after I left. This is the hotel. I’ve stayed at many times and will continue to stay there.

The property/resort is a one-stop-shop. It had all the amenities you need on-site. You did not even have to go anywhere for food, entertainment, or lodging...it was already there. Outstanding Hotel!!!!
