This is a 3 star property, with better service than any 5 star service, resort we have gone to! It’s not boujee but, it is nice and very clean! The staff is what makes this property, priceless!

The cactus garden in the middle of the hotel was just beautiful. It was nesting season and we saw so many birds that nest there. Woodpeckers and cactus wrens same as Orioles.

The hotel was nice. We liked that it was peaceful and the amenities were nice. The only thing that we didn’t like was that there was a sale person always trying to get us to visit another property. We later learned this other “property” was a timeshare. The lady would not leave us alone and we had to always avoid the front desk. She started to make our stay feel uncomfortable.

We liked the staff and the breakfast buffet option. This resort really needs to invest in new mattresses and comfortable pillows. Small, lumpy balls of foam and springs in my hip. Hotels are all about rest. A mattress from this decade is recommended. They keep the place clean and you can’t beat the price. Can’t return though because of the mattress.

The staff was pushy and wanted us to attend time share seminars. Once we said no, the lady said to at least give her $10 US dollars. A safe is usually one of the amenities that are included with the room but here, we would have to pay extra if we wanted to use it. Staff was not friendly and always had an attitude.

This place is not as advertised, the entire building is old, run down and out dated. There isn’t an elevator, the rooms don’t have locks and the mattress are atrocious. The pool isn’t clean and has tiles falling off. Please do not stay here. You’ll definitely get bedbugs 😳😵‍💫

I really like the location. What I disliked was the room that we’re given to me was very outdated, unpleasant smell, bedding was old and stained. Matress was stained and torn too. The sink was clogged. To top it off, the lock on the door was broken, so I didn’t feel safe either. My experience was so unpleasant that I checked out immediately after arriving to the room. I was extremely disappointed because I booked this place for two nights because it has 4 stars and an 8.0 rating, but honestly that was not my experience. When I went to the front desk to ask for a solution they didn’t offer one and refused to refund me when I explained that the room was unsanitary and not safe. I ended up leaving and finding a different last minute place. Which was an extreme inconvenience and spent way more unexpected money. But I just couldn’t stay and enjoy my vacation under such circumstances. Sadly, I am not exaggerating one bit, I have pictures to prove it. I don’t know why it has been given those rates.

Only stayed here for one night while passing through. It was a good place to holdover for a night or two but I would not recommend making this your main destination. Limited dining, one bar. One very cold pool and hot tub. Limited amenities. Staff were friendly and room was clean just a bit outdated.

I like the small size of the property. Had some electrical issues in our room. As in most outlets did not work. This is the third time we stayed there. Food use to be better especially at the snack bar. Use to love the onoin rings. Ordered them 3 times while we ere there. 2 out of 3 times they were so soggy

Very cute place with great beachfront! I think this is one of the older hotels in the area, but we had a very nice stay. The staff are amazing and the pool and beach area are great. We did the all inclusive option which made everything very easy! Comfortable and clean, food was tasty.

Very nice economical hotel. We stayed a week and had a great time. It doesn’t have many frills, but didn’t expect it for the price. We didn’t do the all-inclusive option but paid for breakfast a few mornings and it was very good. The staff was friendly and attentive. The property was an older hotel but was clean and nicely maintained. It was wonderful to walk right out to the beach! There is no bad view from your room as all of the rooms face the ocean. So it was nice to have an ocean view room for a standard room price! They had daily activities if in the lobby and at the pool. All and all, we would return!

Posada Real is the place to go to if you are trying to relax. There is a lot of life during the day and nighttime at the lobby, but nothing too loud to disturb your peace. The view of the beach is great and is also calm compared to the beach of Cabos San Lucas. Everything over all is great, but my only complaint would be that the walls of the rooms are very thin. We could literally hear our neighbors having conversations. If you are planning to vacation in a place to relax then this is the hotel for you. If you are the type that avoids tours and just stays at a hotel then go for the all-inclusive as food can be expensive, not just here but in all in Cabos. Food is alright, nothing special and very basic to be honest. Please note that when I say that the beach is calm, I mean the vibe. The ocean is not swimmable unless you are a pro and even so it can be very rough.
