Exclusive Loft, located in the gastronomic heart of Cúcuta (pink zone), very close to Clínicas, Centro Comerciales, Haute cuisine, Banks. Ideal for Extives, Families, Tourists.
Our Loft is in the Coliving Level of the modern Caobos Center building.
The building counts with Caobos Coworking, which the guest
you can enjoy your preferential price.
The space
A full furnished loft studio, a double bed, a double sofa bed, a work desk, a lingerie set and premium towels, internet and Smart TV with Claro Hogar, a spacious and modern bathroom. Everything in perfect condition, to enjoy your stay at home.
We do not provide Hotel Service. We do not offer a hot shower.
Guest access
Porter video system, Easy access by the city's main avenues. In case you need PARKING it could be previously coordinated, its price is not included, price per night 15,000 COP. Please check before booking.
Other things to note
If you need an iron and hair dryer, you can be requested and we will provide you with the cooperation at no additional cost.
We have a washing-drying tower for use of the building, if required there is an additional cost. Price per cycle 50,000 COP
We don't provide hot shower service.
