No staff available from early evening. Tried to cancel online booking. Security guard on duty unable to help. Staff next a.m. said it had to be done through website. Enlisted Expedia help but no response for 5 days.

Que belleza de hotel !! Pasamos solo una noche , llegamos tarde , de paso hacia san Agustín y nos dió pesar no quedarnos más tiempo : la comodidad y amplitud de la habitación, el diseño del restaurante y lobby , incluso el pequeño espacio de la piscina, una experiencia muy agradable

My family & I were very pleased with the service, Staff was attentive to our need!! Minor internet glitch but was resolved fairly quickly. Hotel was clean, beautiful architecture & close to various attractions. I would recommend this hotel.
