Las Camelias is a beautiful countryside property which is situated in the heart of coffee country in Quindío. The rooms are well-appointed, the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is great. Lots of swimming pools and activities for kids. A perfect place for a restful break or for families.

Clean, well organised and ideal if you attend with young children. 4 stars instead of 5 as we got no hot water (just tepid water) the first morning (the hot water came back by lunchtime). Nathy who is the only staff member to speak English at the restaurant was very helpful and made our stay a lot more enjoyable by explaining the dinong options (buffet vs other options). Lots of loud DJ music during the day and until 10pm when we attended (wedding) but very quiet afterwards. Staff at the reception were nice and helpful too. Luggage collextion was very quick.

Our entire staff was amazing. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. One of the many staff members was very tentative to the guest, Carlos, was very helpful and respectful. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
