My family and I were staying at another place and our room was broken into, and we were put into a different room which had water stains all through out the room, the couch was torn in multiple areas, and it just was not the best experience. Sonesta was able to get us a room for the time frame we needed it at Midnight. Huge help and it made our stay so much better than it started."
