"Old hotel in need of modernisation, bathroom very small and old. Staff were fantastic, so very kind and helpful.
Very noisy at night from a cafe next door that never seems to close."

"Very attractive and clean property. Staff were exceptionally accommodating. Although only one person on desk at check-in, his grasp of English was fair, processed without any hitches, went to curbside to unload and transport luggage to elevator. Good curbside parking for loading and unloading. Easily accessible from curb to lobby. Fronts on Plaza de Italia, attractive and peaceful city park. Easy access (two blocks) to Aristide shopping/dining area. Fuentes y Fonda Restaurant on southside...

"The people working there are all very sweet and serviceable. Reservations team was of great help, I spoke to them several times and they helped me adjust my dates. The room was perfect. The breakfast was incredibly good. The hotel at night has a great ambient, very well located also to walk on the Sarmiento walkway street, safe. Beautiful views to the Cordillera. Good parking. Would stay there again.Thank you."
"Quarto muito bom, banheiros limpos e chuveiro bom. Só poderia separar o chuveiro da banheira (ou retirar a banheira), o risco de acontecer um acidente ao entrar ou sair da banheira é muito grande…"
"We stayed here for 20 days, and the place was quiet and very safe.
The cleaning lady came every day to clean the apartment — she washed all the dishes we used, changed all the towels, made the bed, and cleaned the bathroom.
Our host, Sergio, was extremely kind. We asked if it was possible to have a microwave, and within minutes they brought one to our room. We had originally rented a room for two, but when our cousins offered us a ride from Chile to Mendoza (we flew from Houston to Santiago), I called Sergio and he immediately said “no problem.” He even upgraded us to a larger apartment at no extra cost, and we comfortably shared it with our cousins for a couple of days.
It was an excellent experience overall. My only advice: if you’re renting a car, go for a small or mid-sized one — the garage is a bit tight to maneuver.
Other than that, the apartment met — and even exceeded — our expectations!"
