Mendoza visit

When I arrived I was surprised to see it was a house, once inside and with the help of the front desk attendant “Agustin “ that showed us the house and the way that it worked i realized it was a great place for us. Our room was big and it had a bathroom, very comfortable.

Staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Good breakfast and great location between centre and Aristides street for restaurants/ bars. Breakfast was good. The solo room was too expensive for what it was - no natural light, almost no furniture (no bedside table, no hangers, no mirror). Plus a very soft thin mattress.

An Excellent Stay

I had an amazing stay at Casa Reconquista. I arrived at 8am and expected to leave my bags and come back at check in time. But a room was free and I was very grateful for getting the room very early. The receptionists speak English well and very extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located. Lots of good restaurants and Parque San Martin nearby. The room was clean and breakfast was good. I had an excellent stay!

Was terrible experiencia , i just left my baggage for few hrs, just until I found another hotel, and then go back to pick up my baggage, I never go back to this property!!!! Smells humidity, the room is not what they showed in the pictures!!

Quite poor

I think in general it was just an unlucky visit. When arriving, the room was only partially cleaned: the room was missing all the amenities including toilet paper, soap and shower gel and the floor was full of hair. During the visit also toilet seat broke down. It was all taken care of but not with the most professional manner. For example, the toilet repair man came in two hours before the checkout. I believe they try their best but it’s just not enough.

Viajamos eu e minha filha e ficamos no quarto Chloe, era uma cama de casal e uma cama de solteiro com banheiro individual para nós. Os colchões eram bastante moles, a porta do banheiro não fechava direito, a agua da pscina estava suja, cortina do quarto não era blackout então sempre entrava luz pelo quarto. Café da manhã razoável. O pessoal do atendimento na recepção eram amaveis.

Reserva descumprida

A reserva dizia que era um quarto Duplo Conforto, com uma cama King e uma Queen e banheiro privativo. Eles me colocaram em um pequeno quarto abafado, com duas camas de solteiro e sem banheiro. A recepcionista foi grosseira e ameaçou me expulsar do hotel quando reclamei. E ainda dizia que não havia pago a diária. Tive que apresentar comprovante de pagamento para comprovar que houve pagamento antecipado. Finalmente, a descrição do hotel dizia que havia estacionamento coberto pago, e não havia. Deixei meu carro na rua, com malas e objetos de valor em risco.

En general bien, pero el check in fué estresante porque no me tomaban pago con tarjeta y me exigían pagar con transferencia antes de entrar, siendo que ya había hecho un adelanto y tenía problemas con internet. Desayuno: cuando llegamos a pesar de ser dentro del horario establecido no había más café ni leche, esperamos a que lo repongan pero nos cansamos,sin poder tomarlo.

La cercanía a zonas de comidas y transporte publico. Lo q no me gusto fueron las camas y presencia de mosquitos. Aunque esta parte la suplen con repelente pero es un poco incómodo.
