SF Trip

This property was very good and good location with nice view and very close to San Francisco.Although, there was a problem with showers that while taking a shower would all of sudden gets Very Cold and Very Hot by itself.

Christmas vacation in SF

Place was clean and spacious. Watch out for slippery stairs as this is an upstairs unit ! Host communicated well. Check in was easy and as described.

Location

Is is central for all our planed activities. Muir Woods, Golden Gate Bridge, Pier 33,39. The Owner was very quickly responsive to any issues or concerns & very very accommodating.

Trip to San Fran

We came to town to catch three ball games. While the unit is a bit of a drive we had no problem getting Ubers to and from the Park. Great stay with lots of room and a true description of suite!

Nice place to stay.

The neighborhood is nice and quiet. And it’s about 8 miles from downtown so with a vehicle, we had no problems getting around. There is a family that lives downstairs with small children, so if you want to sleep in, you may find this hard as you can hear them pretty early each morning. Nice views from the living room windows.

Views from South City, Bay and Sports Center

Enjoyable week end in Daly City. Hardest part was the drive up and down the hill with narrow streets with cars parked on both sides. The Unit itself was spacious, clean and quite for the most part. Parking required on street.

Great place and excellent experience

We enjoyed our stay. House looks great and everything was in good condition. The view from the living room is something that we enjoyed a lot. The location and neighborhood have a feeling of safety and having a space of off-street parking was excellent. Fridge needs a new light bulb and only one quarter of a kitchen paper towel was left for us. Those were the only two aspect that I can mention as improvements for a full 5 starts experience. Thanks 👍

Nice stay for a family

Property was nicely updated & decorated. Perfect amount of room for our family with 3 teenagers. Always received quick responses from owner. Only complaint is that it was not disclosed in the listing that the washer and dyer would need to be accessed from the outside in the garage and would be shared with the downstairs tenants.

San Francisco Getaway

Stayed at this property with my brother and a friend over a long weekend trip to San Francisco to watch the Braves play the Giants. The place is quite nice. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice bathrooms and good beds. New refrigerator was very nice for leftovers. Take a trip to the Fog City Cafe for a good breakfast if you stay here. It's only a couple miles away and was very good.

Very clean

The house is very clean, with modern amenities. Washer and drier are in the garage (?), shared with downstairs tenants. The bathrooms are very small, and need more towel rods and hooks, but the appointments are nice. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Property was OK

There were a few issues that we had with the property. There was no toilet tissue available in either bathroom, thermostat for the unit was not available for us to control when we checked-in, There was no hand soap available in either bathroom. It was filled with water, there was also ants in one of the bathrooms. We were allowed to check-in early which I appreciate. Overall besides those things mentioned. The property itself was nice.

San Francisco Stay

We stayed here while we had a stop on our trip in San Francisco. The views were beautiful on the hill. Overall the apartment was nice. Clean and as described except for the laundry situation. It is shared and is in the garage which you have to go outside to access. Also in the directions for check in it was suggested to keep a “low profile” and not make a lot of noise when walking around the unit and stressed not to contact the neighbors. This made me feel uncomfortable to use the laundry unit shared in the garage.

Lovely views but very poor shower water pressure & no temperature regulation

Comfortable bedding & furniture, very nicely stocked kitchen cutlery & plates. Bathing was a major issue as the water temperature was widely variable within seconds. It changed from scalding to tundra cold with no warning. The dishwasher is not secured above or below and was unstable to load or unload. It did work well. The Asher & dryer are in the garage with a non opening external door. Fortunately the downstairs neighbor allowed access through the house and his internal corridor. Only one additional blanket was available the first two nights and 3 of our 7 person family were chilly. This was corrected before the final night of our stay. Parking in the driveway was secure, and the overview of the water was inviting. Once a plumber installs shower/tub temperature regulators this is a place I would stay again.

Nice large Property with a nice view

Overall, I would like to give it a 4.5 but I am only allowed to choose a 4 or a 5. The house has 4 bedrooms, set up great for couples except that one of the bathrooms is an ensuite which has the other three couples sharing one bath or using the ensuite that someone is sleeping in. the furnishings are nice but sparse. Each bedroom had a bed, bed side tables and a very small table by the wall, a nice sized closet with hangers. No vanities or mirrors in the rooms which would be nice when there are only two bathrooms. There is a full length mirror in the living room. The dining and living room is very comfortable and the view is excellent. The kitchen is nice but has some issues that keep it from a perfect review. The house is set up to sleep 8, but there were only 4 coffee cups and only 4 wine glasses, so we had to wash all the time and share. The plates were also limited and if you eat meals there you would have to wash dishes after each meal. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. It was nice to have off street parking. I would stay here again and will recommend to the owner to add a few items that would make this listing then a 5.

Great Family Stay

The 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms were great for our family of five. Very comfortable place to stay. Plenty of room i. The driveway for a large SUV. The neighborhood is a little maze-like to navigate but otherwise served as a great homebase to visit SF and Muirwoods over several days. Check in was super easy with no major issues with the property throughout our stay. It is in a suburban neighborhood so you do need to grab food to or from as there's really nothing within walking distance.
