- Full kitchen (1,000+ sq ft house) stocked down to the spices; children's dinnerware, books, and toys
- One full bathroom with tub — one bath for the whole house, said up front
- Laundry: shared washer/dryer in the building's common area, $10 including detergent and softener (message us for the code)
- 65" TV with Netflix and YouTube TV; wood-burning fireplace; keyboard piano
- Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace

PARKING + EV
Two free assigned spots (tandem); extra spot $25/night — message us before arrival. Level 2 EV charger ($75 refundable deposit; electricity at PG&E rates via the charger app, no markup).

GETTING AROUND
Walk to downtown South San Francisco for groceries and restaurants; minutes by car to SFO, BART, CalTrain, and San Francisco.

PRACTICALITIES
- Self check-in with a smart lock, any hour
- Check-in from 3 pm; checkout 11 am (late checkout often free for 30-60 min without same-day turnover, otherwise from $75/hr; unarranged late departures $200/hr)
- Quiet hours 10 pm - 7 am; no parties or events; please book the exact number of guests — anyone entering counts as a guest
- No smoking or vaping inside; no pets — service animals always welcome
- Two exterior security cameras face gates A and B, plus a doorbell camera facing the street — outside only
- Professionally cleaned before every stay; all-white linens washed before and after each group
- Stays of over 4 weeks include a simple rental agreement signed before check-in.
- House-rule violations are subject to a $250 fee — we've never needed it with our guests, and we'd love to keep it that way.
