The room was inexpensive, clean and roomy enough so it served it's purpose. It's an old hotel, probably historic. There's an actual key to the door, which is probably unusual for a hotel nowadays. It's located in a convenient and safe location. With restarants and some shops nearby. And the staff was nice and helpful. But the tv was small and my bed was pretty hard. There's no fridge or microwave. So if you're not looking for a luxurious experience, it's fine. Sorry, the only picture I took was of the view out of the window.

The room ia good enough for solo traveler for a short vacation. Eduardo is very accommodating during the checked-in. I just hope that the hotel management would be more considerate to accommodate for an early check-in especially for traveler that arrived early from a long trip. All in all the hotel is nice and good value for money.

Very convenient to San Francisco centre. Only 1 block from union square public transport China town outside your door Bars and shopping 1 or 2 block walking distance

I mean for the price it’s doable , rooms got super hot at night but pretty close to bars/coffee shops parking was insanely priced but I guess not having your car broken into is worth it kinda

The hotel was ok for the price and location. However it is very outdated. Rooms are small bathroom very old and not very clean. The bed is difficult to sleep. Vey hard mattress is like sleeping on the floor. The window couldn’t be open or closed all the way up. Good thing we were on the higher level. The staff was great and accommodating.

Very dated property with dirty windows. Bedding was clean. Reception Staff were nonchalent. Advised shuttle to airport (as advertised) had not been available for 2 years. Cheap accommodation in good location right next to china town. Lovely cafe on opposite corner.

Ideal location, don’t expect much

Great location. Stayed here bc the city was so full with Dreamforce there was no other option. The hotel common areas carpet is very dirty and there was a musty smell throughout the stairways. Room carpets are old and shower looked dirty (but could have been so embedded in plastic floor unable to make look cleaner). Sheets looked clean. Beds seemed to just be boxes without real mattresses, but that made them seem cleaner.

For what it was, it was okay. However the premium room was still tiny, very dingy and unclean. There was hair everywhere and rice and peanuts down on the floor. However, the bedding looked clean and everything worked including a fridge and microwave (although the fridge did freeze my stuff as it was up on max!). The location was good, right next to the Dragon Gate and staff were very friendly and nice so points for that! If you want some space, more amenities and a cleaner experience, I’d advise spending a little more but otherwise it did the job for somewhere to sleep

Simple and accommodating hotel in a great location. Easy walks to Chinatown, Union Square, Nob Hill, and a short distance from Embarcadero and Wharf. Staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Around the block from China Town. Very walkable to lots of restaurants and things to do. Now for the bad... the rooms are dirty. The bathroom had mold in the grout, there was someone else's hair on all the sheets and blankets, the ground under the bed looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and there was no AC so we had to keep the windows open all night leading to a very loud night. No clue how tp get out of the building in case of fire and the elevator bounces when you're on it.
