"We had a wonderful week in Sayulita and enjoyed coming home to this place after the day’s activities. We used the outdoor kitchen daily for our breakfast and the AC kept the room nice and cool. If you are noise sensitive, I would recommend bringing some ear plugs, as the street can be noisy at times (I believe there is construction going on in the area st the time of our stay). "No elevator service from the main lobby down to the restaurant level. An inconveniently located ramp is available however. Thirty steps down and thirty steps up is difficult for seniors with difficulty walking. Restrooms throughout the public area of the property are scarce, including all restaurants. Food in all restaurants is truly outstanding to excellent. Beverage service at pools and other public areas is very good. Above all, the staff is extremely helpful, almost unable to find the word(s) “no” or “can’t do”. We are currently selecting a return date in December of 2026."
