Getting Around:
With a walking score of 87, plenty of activities are within reach. For anything outside of the neighborhood, a vehicle or Uber is recommended.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: due to the spa being on the second floor balcony, the only way for the spa vendor to access the spa for servicing is through the bedroom. The spa vendor will knock on the door before entering. Please do not turn them away as the spa may become unusable and require extra maintenance if they are unable to service. They have a code to enter the unit, so you do not need to be present unless you wish to be :)

No Pets Allowed

Please note, we provide a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For longer stays, we recommend bringing your own toiletries, as these supplies are not replenished during your stay.

Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates. However, we strongly advise coordinating deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them. The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay.

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.

Our stay in university heights was great. We enjoyed being walkable to so many of the areas bars and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. And the garage parking made things so much easier for us. Great location, comfortable and well stocked .. we would definitely stay here again.

What a fabulous place to stay. The building is in a great location with patios looking out over the neighborhood and palm trees. The unit is 2 stories with plenty of room to house your whole family. Also really enjoyed the Hot Tub on the cool evenings! Don’t forget to check out the local coffee shops and restaurants within in walking distance! Loved it!!
