I have stayed at dozens of home rentals listed by a different company you all know, so we have tons of experience! Bill is by far the most hospitable and thoughtful host we have ever met. He also lives around the corner so if you have questions or need anything he is right there. This is a beautiful historical property that you feel at home in right away. It combines both a vintage look (kitchen) with beautiful decor and modern touches (2 of the full bathrooms were just completely renovated). Bill provided quality supplies to make coffee, all necessary cooking utensils and pots/pans, as well as Native and Meyer brand toiletry items. The beds are the most comfortable we have ever been in and have luxurious bedding. Two of the bedrooms have an awesome adjoining balcony with festive lighting and outdoor furniture; we spent a couple of nights outside watching the SeaWorld drone show from afar! As if the house inside doesn't have enough room, the outside boasts a HUGE enclosed room (at least 30'x30') with giant hot tub, fireplace, couches and large smart TV. The yard has multiple places to play games and yes that mini golf course is real! He didn't even mention there is a tangerine tree with fresh tangerines to pick daily. Ample street parking (if you have a very tall SUV with roof rack like we did); all regular sized vehicles can park in his empty 2 car garage. Easily accommodates 5-10 people so you can't beat the value. Can't wait to revisit SD and stay there again! Thanks Bill!
