The property is tucked away in the Gaslamp District but with great access to restaurants and the convention center. The owners were very accommodating and thorough with their check-in process and what to expect, which eased my mind.

Great location for convention at Marriott Marquis - very easy walk. Also ran one morning past the stadium and other areas and felt very comfortable.

Great location for a conference center stay

We stayed a few blocks from the convention center. We were close to stores and restaurants. It was perfect, and so much cheaper than conference hotels. Instead of a hotel room, we had a full kitchen, living room, a dining table, etc. So much better.

Great apartment & location in Gaslamp Qtr

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location was ideal and we were able to walk everywhere from the convention center and restaurants etc. There is no elevator, so be cautious if you have a heavy suitcase/s. The apt was clean and cozy. The management was wonderful with communicating. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Post-game respite

This charming spot was an excellent choice for a comfortable place to collapse after a Padres game! No rush for a jam-packed trolley, no wait for a ride, no competing with a crowd for a table. Definitely the right way to go! We will keep this place in mind for future visits!

Love Gaslamp, SD

Stayed 1 week, including 2 Jays' baseball games - Petco a 5 minute walk away. The accommodation was perfect for our needs - as well as baseball, we enjoyed the close-by dining (huge # of choices). As well, a great starting point for walks throughout beautiful San Diego - Seaport Village, Balboa Park, etc. The kitchen was well appointed serving all req'ts. All in all a fantastic property.

Padres Baseball Getaway

The family came into town for 3 days of Padres games. The place is in walking distance to stadium. I had great communication with the staff the entire time. The 2 bedroom apartment was nice and clean. I will book there again!

New years 2023/2024

Great stay hosts confirmed we were in the right unit before we arrived. Our youngest was 17 and we were exactly where we wanted to be but Ben and Mayra offered us options in case it was going to be too loud for the family. We loved the location and the balcony over the street. Parking arrangements were key and taken care of for us. Thanks for everything.

Nice apartment as expected with all amenities. Night time noise was an issue. You might have a plumber check the shower - tricky to get hot water and to turn off the shower. Need to find just the right point to avoid water dripping and leakage.

MCRD Graduation Stay

We had a short stay over the weekend for our son's graduation from bootcamp. We enjoyed the area, there were plenty of places to eat and Ralph's was nearby so we could get groceries to cook and save some money. The property was nicely remodeled, and we appreciated that there was also laundromat available. There is no outlet in the bathroom, so i didn't get to straighten my hair, but that's not a big deal for me. Overall we would book a stay here again. We loved the churros and ice cream from El Chingon downstairs, and the tripe tacos across the street were to die for!!

Convenient and clean, with a side of quirky

Excellent location if you are going to the Convention Center or Petco Arena. Also excellent if you like to make your own coffee in the morning or have a full-size fridge for food at "home." And perfect for someone who likes elements of quirky, off-beat, historical or not a cookie-cutter hotel experience. Decent value for the money, but more than an average 2 bed hotel room. Easy check in process and great host communication. Good bed in the front room (king) but doubles in other bedroom a little rickety and springy. Didn't test to pull out couches. Front bedroom is loud from the bars downstairs which start playing music at 8am and lasts all day, but the portable AC (no central AC but didn't need it) and noise machines helped. Not high-end finishes but everything was very clean, convenient and spacious. Restaurants, bars, a Ralph's and free nearby parking are great. Lots of unhoused people in the area, but never felt unsafe. Definitely a choice for the type of doesn't mind a bit of character!

The space fit our travel needs, we were in town for a business conference and its proximty to the conference location was very ideal. There is plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I will definitly consider booking this location again should I find myself staying in San Diego.

Padres Trip

Stayed here with a group of friends in town for some Padres games. The place was very clean and had a lot of great restaurants/bars nearby. It was only about a 10 minute walk to Petco Park. The host made check in very easy and were available with any questions!
