"Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou"

"We had another fantastic stay at Waterfall cottage in Dalwood, thank you Tracey. The property was great for our family, nice and cosy, and had everything we needed. Loads of good places/beaches to visit within a 20 minute drive or so, whilst we also enjoyed the delights of Dalwood including a superb dinner at the Tuckers Arms. No doubt we will be back visiting again soon!"

"Cobblers Cottage was perfect for two people, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and quiet. The location of the cottage is excellent with a five minute walk to the beach and a two minute walk to the town. Sidmouth is a lovely little town with lots of shops."

"The property is well situated for exploring Exmoor, both on foot and by car. A short walk takes you to Exford where there are 2 pubs and a teashop(the hub for star gazing nights on a Thursday). There is also a fantastic playground on the green. We were welcomed with home baked bread, spreads and a delicious cake. The cottage has everything, even towels for our dog. "We stayed 3 days here. We were mostly out of the home but it is on a very quiet street that when we slept we didn’t have any issues of traffic or other people. The stairs can be difficult so it you have stairs be prepared. They are a beautiful set of stairs. You are in waling distance of multiple restaurants. The host was VERY accommodating and assured us when we arrived early. It was very much appreciated!"

"We had a fabulous few days staying at the lodge. It was perfect for our needs with an excellent kitchen. The hosts, Isobel and William were incredible and very accommodating of our children who wanted to run around a lot in the gardens and in the river too as well as any anything we needed during our stay too. "Lovely spacious accommodation for 6 adults. Stunning views of the Devon hills and great outside space. The dog loved watching the cows going in & out for milking. We played tennis & table tennis.
