"We had a pleasant stay. The Pool is very nice. The restaurant serves Good food with friendly staff. The hotel animals are friendly but the cat bit me when i touched her paw lightly. The room was quite clean but did not smell clean. We had to change room because the first room had no toilet seat which apparently is true for several of the rooms. There are monkeys and exotic birds in the rear of the hotel which is very exciting, but don’t leave anything on the balcony. "

"check in was easy. The staff was friendly and service was good. The property was well maintained and modern. It was very comfortable. we were there for 3 days and used the pool everyday. It was also nice that they had a family movie overnight for the families. Only issue was the internet, it would fade in and out and was inconsistent. I would definitely come back again"

"The staff is great. They fixed the room to make twin beds look like a king size bed. Always looking for our comfort. Everything was very clean, the food was delicious and unique. "

"The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which was a positive. ​However, our arrival was slightly marred by an issue: all electrical outlets in the room were not working. Although we initially informed the staff, we unfortunately had to ask a couple of times before the issue was properly addressed. ​Once we pushed for a solution, the staff member who finally handled it was extremely helpful. They quickly ensured the maintenance team fixed the problem completely. The only minor drawback was the somewhat inconvenient location, making transportation a bit tricky if you didn't have your own vehicle. However, the quality of the property certainly compensated for this."
