"Our hotel stay and the attendance of the staff was excellent. Rooms are clean and updated. Breakfast, which is sub-catered to another restaurant on the top floor, needs much improvement (staff, food), taking into consideration, that the hotel is advertised as "Luxury". We definetly enjoyed our stay in the hotel ZiOne and recommend it to others."

"From the beginning at the front desk we were charged for taxes even though we are American citizens and Colombians as well. But because we said we entry the country by biometric standards ( which does not require the stamp at the passport ) we were charged illegally. We are going to petition de return of our tax money. We we are in Bogotá and we were exempted from taxes. Officers in immigration told us that is illegal . We are never going back to that hotel."

"La habitación estaba bien, limpia y tenía una bonita vista. El colchón necesita ser reemplazado(hab 901). Era duro y podía sentir los resortes de metal contra de mi cuerpo. Después de dar vueltas en la cama durante unas 4 horas, decidí dormir en el sofá cama, que era muy cómodo. Me alojé aquí antes en el apartamento 503 y la cama era muy cómoda. hay varios buenos restaurantes cerca"
