"Overall it was a nice stay at The Cove. Location was great for those of us not wanting to be right in noisy downtown. About 25 minute walk, and 5-7 minute drive to the heart of Salem. Room was clean, decor and styling was nice, and it was fairly quiet. The only negatives I have are that one day our room was only half done room service wise for some reason, and the original lady who checked me in wasn’t overly friendly. Not rude, but not nearly as helpful or friendly as the other guy that was there a few days later. I would probably stay again. "
"The women at the front desk are the best - kind and ready to do whatever you need to make your stay comfortable. Parking is a little tricky so leave the car at home if possible - everything is within walking distance because the location is perfect. Rooms are comfortable and the front desk provides a lot of treats you will enjoy!"
"The location is absolutley perfect! Stairs to the loft where the bed is are small and steep with little head room. For us not terrible but for some could be an issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "
"Absolutely one of a kind historic home - it ended up being the very best part of our trip. The housekeeper was lovely, the breakfast and decor are thoughtful and elegant."
"Absolute Best Location in Salem. Everything about this B&B was great. Super friendly and beautiful place. Although we were told the place was full we didn’t hear a sound from others. It was a few minutes from the City witch mall and the pedestrian shopping. Also within the same distance to the trolley stop (which I highly recommend). If you’re looking for a great experience then stay here. "
