Didn’t receive code to check in till 7pm night of check in. Check in times are 12 noon to 2 pm, 630pm to 9pm.
Ended up booking hotel across Plaza. Hotels. com should highlight absurd check in and no elevator.

"My stay was terrible. The landlord/receptionist did not even have a desk so we had to wait outside before we could enter the so-called hotel, which turned out to be a very small apartment with tiny rooms. The racism that we faced yesterday night (my cousins and I) was immense. We did not feel safe at all in the apartment. She was Islamophobic and xenophobic; she proceeded to insult me personally, because of my religion (I wear the hijab) and my origins. Other than not feeling safe, I was...
