My birthday was absolutely wonderful and they brought a fantastic brownie treat for my big day. Spa is a must, great massages and lovely spa to enjoy after. "So many good things to say about this quintessential Italian hotel. It is beautifully decorated, the staff are very helpful, great location, extensive European breakfast in a beautiful room overlooking Lake Como. I ate dinner there on my first night and it was very good. Our room was a king deluxe overlooking the adjacent piazza. It was spacious and including a small fridge and microwave. I would stay there again. "
