Exceptional location on the seafront with a panoramic view for this newly renovated apartment in 2019.
3-room apartment (60m2) including 2 large bedrooms (one double, one can be both twin or a double bed and one pull out couch in the salon that can sleep one person or two small people). Bright living room with sea view opening onto a 7m2 terrace, open fitted kitchen, shower room, WC. Air conditioning in all rooms.
Bike shed or push chair shed on the ground floor.

Perfect location
The place is very clean and well maintained. Audrey is very nice and attentive to what we need. Sainte Maxime is the best location, close to shops, not crowded and the view is amazing.

The host was very accommodating and there was a seamless check-in/out process. Perfect place to stay with location right across the beach. Easy walks to the town for all activities. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable and have a great time. Would stay here again!

Vacation in sainte maxime
The property is very well equipped and the owner has done an excellent job renovating the apartment. The beds are very comfortable. The location has the advantage that it is very close to the beach you just have to cross the street and it is close to the shops. There is a nice parking spot at walking distance where we could easily park our suv. It is situated at a very busy street so it takes a couple of days to get used to the traffic noise. Overall we had a fantastic vacation.

A 2 bed apartment in great location, walking distance to restaurants, beaches and shops. Comfortable beds, good air con. On 3rd floor with no lift would be about the only downside but it kept us fit (ish!)

The perfect place to enjoy the Gulf of St. Tropez
Wow! We are consistently impressed by the Home Away properties, but this was exceptional. Very spacious, modern, beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea from the floor to ceiling windows. Air conditioned, handy to an incredible Provencal market (both a permanent indoor one and the weekly market) as well as excellent restaurants. Hosts are very fluently bilingual, and made everything about the check-in and stay easy. Very well equipped for cooking or entertaining, with lots of the extra kitchen items you don't think of until you're in the midst of cooking, then you realize the hosts have thought of everything. Large dining area and spectacular balcony. It is a walk-up of four flights of stairs, but worth it for the view. The parking associated with the property was challenging for me to park in with my size of vehicle, but I found street parking very easily and preferred that for our stay. There is a restaurant downstairs, a well equipped grocery and liquor store next to that, and a bakery at the end of the block. The beach is literally across the street, has great sand and is very calm and sheltered... no significant waves while we were there. Perfect for our children. Also handy to the ferry for exploring St. Tropez, though in the end we had a strong preference for the shops and markets of Ste. Maxime. Extremely highly recommended.

The best place to relax and visit the Golfe de St Tropez
The apartment is perfect in layout and design and really well thought through. We found everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed most the balcony: large enough for 4 (and even more people) to eat. And a spectacular view over the sea and to St Tropez on the other side of the Golfe. A fantastic beach (Plage de Centre Ville) is just on the other side of the street. Shops and Cafés/restos in walking distance. The Check-in/Check-out was very well and smoothly handled by Audrey. Everything was perfect, we strongly recommend it - and hope to come back ourselves.
