Studio de 21m2 joliment décoré et sa terrasse en bois de 20m2 pour profiter des doux rayons de soleil de la Côte-d`Azur. Vous apprécierez particulièrement ses équipements, le solarium, la place de parking privative et la climatisation. Sa localisation vous permettra d`accéder à la plage et au centre ville en moins de 15mn.



Ce studio est composé d`un coin nuit séparé avec lit de 140, cuisine ouverte bien équipée (Four, grand frigo, micro-onde, plaque de cuisson, café, lave-linge, etc) qui donne sur le séjour avec TV, Wifi et accès direct sur votre terrasse privative et son solarium. La salle d`eau et sa douche italienne viennent compléter ce bien qui vous permettra de profiter pleinement de Sainte Maxime et sa région sans même avoir à reprendre votre voiture de sa place de parking privative.



Toujours disponible mais jamais intrusif



Vous trouverez un parc derrière la résidence qui elle est situé à 15mn à pied de la plage et du centre ville. Votre voiture ne sera pas forcément nécessaire et vous pourrez même rejoindre St Tropez grâce à la navette.

Les différents commerces de premières nécessités à moins de 10mn.



Vous aurez plaisir à pouvoir stationner votre véhicule sur la place de parking incluse avec la location et profiter des environs à pieds et via les navettes maritimes de la baie de St Tropez.
