La Bergerie is located 300 meters as the crow flies and a 10-minute walk from the Nartelle beach in Sainte-Maxime, near the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. A villa with a local stone facade, umbrella pines, a swimming pool, in a green setting with a view of the sea: an address that will seduce you with its charm, in a climate of simplicity, calm and comfort.

Golf enthusiasts will only have 2 km to go to reach the 18-hole Sainte-Maxime golf course.

The villa consists of 7 rooms on one level and generously accommodates 8 people. Living room / lounge with TV (ADSL), video, stereo and DVD. 2 double bedrooms 160 x 200. 2 bedrooms with 2 x 2 beds 90 x 200. Shower room / sink in each bedroom. 2 separate toilets. Kitchen / dining room (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Available: washing machine, ironing. WIFI internet access. Swimming pool, plancha, table tennis.
CAUTION: Swimming pool secured by an Aqualarm alarm. We do not recommend the presence of children who cannot swim.

Great place for a family/friends get away

We had an amazing stay of two weeks, friends and family came and went, all very pleased with the views, pool, nice seating areas where cards were played well into the night. All rooms were nicely airconditioned aswell. Our favorite beach club ‘le wyc’ is only a 10 minute walk, so happy days. Thanks for the great stay!

A wonderful house and location

We had a great time with friends and family at La Bergerie. The outdoor space , pool and sea view was fantastic. Bedrooms were nice and clean,and all had ac. Kitchen and livingroom also cosy and comfortable . Its only a short walk to the Beach , and town of Maxime 5-10 min drive. Just the perfect spot for our family vacation. Would definitely like to come back another time.

30 degrees minimum for all 14 days - so fantastic large pool was a godsend . 6 adults and 3 children easily accommodated in very attractive villa. Hosts Monique and Leon were very attentive . A great holiday .

Fantastic

The house is much better IRL that on the pictures. We were 2 families who fel in love with the place and will definitely come back. The walk to the beach is approx 10-15 mn by foot were you can find nice restaurant. Carrefour a big supermarket is approx 10mn away by car. Also the location is great to make different excursions. The host are very friendly and answers all your enquiries very quickly!

Entspricht nicht der Beschreibung,schlechtestes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in 25 Jahren in d. Region

Das Haus ist ganz nett, hat einen tollen Pool, entspricht jedoch bei weitem nicht der Beschreibung auf der Buchungsplattform: Klimaanlage nur in einem Raum, nicht wie beschrieben (!), ist zudem undicht, tropft teilweise aufs Bett, fehlende Glühbirnen in fast jedem Raum, Ausstattung der SZ wie in einer Arrestzelle, das Billigste vom Billigen, in einem SZ nur eine rohe Spanplatte an die Wand gedübelt, Wasserablauf in Dusche verstopft, Garten seit Monaten nicht gepflegt, wucherndes Unkraut überall, nicht wie beschrieben für mehr als 8 Pers. geeignet, knapper Blick aufs Meer nur, wenn man sich vor dem Pool im Garten hinstellt und reckt, nicht wie beschrieben, Parkplätze wegen aufgesprungenem Belag nur teilweise nutzbar, Ausstattung entspricht nur einfachsten Bedürfnissen, von daher für uns mit 25-jähriger Erfahrung in der Region Saint-Aygulf bis Sainte Maxime das schlechteste Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, das wir je hatten. Einzig der grosse Pool konnte überzeugen. Danke für den Aufenthalt, jedoch nie wieder!

Schönes Haus mit vielen Mängeln und Renovierungsbedarf

Disclaimer - Die Bewertung richtet sich nicht gegen Monique und ihren Mann, die die Immobilie für die Besitzer vor Ort verwalten. Ich habe noch nie eine so gute Kommunikation und Engagement erlebt. Beide waren immer erreichbar, haben sich umgehend um unsere Anliegen gekümmert und Dank einer sehr verspäteten Anreise den Kühlschrank mit einigen Getränken für die erste Nacht bestückt und sogar für uns Pizza bestellt. Das Haus an sich hat eine super Lage und entspricht im Wesentlichen den Fotos auf der Website. Was man darauf nicht sehen kann sind die Menge an Mängeln und Renovierungsbedürftigkeit des Hauses. Nahezu keines der elektronischen Geräte ist noch voll funktionisfähig. Viele Lichtschalter sind ohne Funktion, Lampen ohne Glühbirnen etc. Die Matratzen sind je nach Zimmer sehr ausgelegen. Eines der Zimmer befindet sich im Rohbau, hat keinen Boden auf dem Estrich und eine Pressspanplatte als Wandverkleidung. An einem Tag mit stärkerem Regen hat es durch die Decke im Wintergarten geregnet, was nicht verwunderlich ist, da diese mit Klebeband "repariert" wurde. In Summe entspricht das Haus leider nicht dem bei solch einem Preis zu erwartendem Niveau. Ich würde das Haus defintiv nicht mehr buchen. Wer weniger Wert auf solche Dinge legt kann dort sicher eine schöne Zeit verbringen, es ist aber wichtig zu wissen, auf was man sich einlässt.

Sehr schönes Objekt in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Monique war super freundlich und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und auch bei Tischreservierungen unterstützt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und die ruhige Lage ist super. An dem Haus sollten ein paar Reparaturen vorgenommen werden und kleinere Schäden beseitigt werden. Hier und da Ist es etwas abgewohnt. Für den Urlaub war das aber alles in Ordnung.

Great house for vacation

We were surprised by how beautiful and spacious the house was. The photos only show a glimpse of what it is like in reality. We liked the big pool area, that each room had its own small bathroom including a sink and a shower and that the Kirchen offered all the equipment you need when cooking for a group of people. The communication with the landlords was easy and they were very nice and easy going. Thank you for such a nice holiday!

15jours proche de la plage de la Nartelle

Nous avons passé 15 jours agréables en famille entre piscine et plage. La plage de la Nartelle est accessible à pied… parfait pour manger aux différents restaurants de plage. Les commerces sont uniquement accessibles en voiture. La maison est fonctionnelle avec une salle de bain dans chaque chambre et beaucoup de placard. Le garage a été transformé en chambre, une porte-fenêtre un peu plus costaud serait un plus. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine, notamment avec toutes ses lumières la nuit. Un très bon contact avec les gérants, très réactifs.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison proche de la mer et des commodités, un gros plus ! Magnifique vue. Accueil chaleureux, gestionnaires à l’écoute et réactifs. Cependant, la maison manque d’équipements intérieurs. Dommage que l’arrière de celle-ci ne soit pas exploité. Manque d’entretien des abords.

Fantastic stay at La Bergerie

Really impressed with our stay at La Bergerie, the format of the house worked very well with enough space for all of us. The location is superb with a great view of the beach and within walking distance. Superbe villa

Superbe villa dans un quartier calme de Sainte Maxime. Magnifique piscine avec une terrasse donnant sur la mer. Intérieur de bon standing et cuisine très bien équipé en ustensiles et vaisselle. L'aide de Monique et son époux a été très précieuse et rapide en cas de besoin d'information. Par ailleurs, il y a un terrain de boules à l'arrière de la villa très agréable lorsque le soleil tape durant l'après midi. Rien à redire sur cette villa qui permet de bien décompresser dans un merveilleux cadre.

A wonderful place for a summer holiday

The location is super, very friendly house with beautiful pool and stunning view on the Nartelle beach (1 km distance). We really enjoyed the stay.
