Fantastic two-rooms flat with large private roof terrace and sea view.
The flat is located in the private, secured and quiet residence "Le Bailli" at only 5 min walk to the harbour or the city beach with bathing facilities.
The flat offers a living room with adjoining fully equipped kitchen (electric and microwave ovens), a bedroom with a queensize bed and desk, a private bathroom with shower and separate WC. A sofa-bed provides an additional sleeping place.
The flat's highlight is certainly the large roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen, sea view from a second terrace at the same level as the flat.

Nice apartment with a great location and big roof terrace

The apartment was modern, clean and nice. Easy access to the centre of Saint Tropez by foot and easy in and out with the car going to Ramatuelle.

Wasn’t able to use our property because we had to leave st tropez early

Sad we couldn’t stay at this property because something came up in our family but host was responsive and I assume it would have been nice. We will try and come back and use it

Absolut perfekt!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Saint Tropez und die Wohnung hätte nicht besser sein können: sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und die Dachterrasse ist sensationell. Der Empfang vor Ort war unkompliziert und sehr, sehr nett.

Sehr gut gelegenes Appartement in absolut ruhiger Lage . Hat alles bestens funktioniert von der Kommunikation bis zur Übergabe/Abnahme der Wohnung. Topaussicht auf das Meer und das Dorf von der Dachterrasse aus, welche mit sehr schönen Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet ist.. Kommen gerne wieder einmal.

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung wie zu Hause und richtig wohlgefühlt. Es hat alles bestens gepaßt, angefangen von der sehr sauber geführten Wohnanlage bis zur sehr sauberen, sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung der Wohnung. Angenehm ist auch die kurze, fußläufige, Entfernung von dieser Wohnanlage zum Hafen, zum Ortskern und zu allen Einkaufs- und Gastromöglichkeiten. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr ganz bestimmt und sehr gerne wieder.

Das Objekt ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Inneneinrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr schön und wird von einer ganz außerordentlichen Dachterrasse abgerundet. Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Le confort de cet appart réside dans la terrasse et sa cuisine d été de compétition . Vue imprenable mais dommage si il n y ai que deux tabouret et que l on soit en face de la ventilation de l immeuble !

Sehr schönes Objekt in Saint Tropez. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nur 5 - 10 Minuten bis zum Hafen und Strand. Trotzdem absolut ruhig gelegen. Gepflegte Anlage und Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse inkl. Außenküche und fantastischem Blick auf die Bucht und die Stadt. Alles wie im Angebot beschrieben. Auch die Übergabe und der Kontakt zum Vermieter waren perfekt und sehr angenehm. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt Empfehlen. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal

Très agréable séjour

Bel appartement et superbe terrasse conformes au descriptif de l´annonce. Résidence idéalement située proche des commerces et à 10 minutes a pieds du port et de la jolie plage de la bouillabaisse peu fréquentée malgré la période. La supérette à 100 m de la Résidence est un plus très appréciable. Tres bon accueil également. Bref, nous recommandons !

Ein herrlicher Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung in zentraler, aber dennoch ruhiger Lage mit einzigartigem Blick von der Dachterrasse auf die Bucht. Ein wunderbarer, vertrauenswürdiger und enorm hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der sowohl die Administration im Vorfeld als auch die Betreuung vor Ort überaus professionell, freundlich und zuverlässig gestaltet.
