"I tried to use their airport shuttle and no one answered when I called the hotel or used the airport call box, so I took a taxi. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk or anywhere for 40 minutes. I just sat in the lobby after 24 hours of travel, exhausted, and they didn’t even apologize for making me wait."

"Room was okay, well equipped. The hotel is situated in an industrial area with no transport, one is stranded there with no place to go, unless by taxi or Uber which are expensive options. With regards to the "spa" - you have to book an appontment for the pool, for which there is a 12 euro charge for 90 minutes. The restaurant was closed as apparently there were not enough guests to warrant it being open. The staff were amazing, but doesn't make up for the lack of amenities. I would not stay there again."

"great location within avignon, fantastic staff -- rooms didnt impress (very weird light switch locations, take a while to figure out; no where to plug in electronics without unplugging lamps, strange room layout) ... "

"Best airport hotel, better than the better ones in Rome, Paris, this hotel was clean, charming staff, efficient and helpful. In other airport hotels in other cities we paid so much more and did not receive this level of quality, Bravo B.W.-Marseille-Aéroport !! Vous méritez ces mots!"
