Lovely time spent with my two teenage children before they go off to university. Great location. Would certainly come back in future.

Solidor Apartment
We really enjoyed our few days in this well equipped and very comfortable apartment. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed. It was great that there was a garden we could enjoy. Also - the private parking was an added bonus - as the square outside was often full. In fact - we only used the car once during the 5 days we were there. It was an easy level walk into the city of St Malo which we could explore without the hassle of parking.. One of the days we took the boat from St Malo on the short trip (10 mins) to Dinard - well worth a visit.
There are several good restaurants close by the apartment too. We tried 2 of them. The square where the apartment is situated was quiet too - away from the bustle of St Malo (intra murs). We would definitely return. Thank you Lysiane.

Such a relief!
Compared to our previous accommodation, this apartment was immaculate. It was very clean, tidy with quality equipment and was in a beautiful location.
Secure parking and use of a private garden led to us having a restorative and relaxing week's stay. Our hostess Mme Lysiane was so welcoming and catered for our every need.
Would wholeheartedly recommend this absolute gem of an apartment.

Perfectly positioned property
Very comfortable, well-equipped property with the benefit of a sheltered sunny garden, and lovely weather to make the most of it. Shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and, of course, the walled city of St Malo are within walking distance, but the peninsula itself is very attractive. We would highly recommend this as a base, with or without a car.

Nous avons passé 3 jours très sympathiques dans cet appartement. Il est bien situé , calme, fonctionnel et propre.
L'accueil est sympathique (vive la Bretagne) et tout est à disposition, dont le jardin ce qui a été pratique pour nos deux garçons de 3 et 5 ans. Bon rapport qualité/prix au final.

My wife, two grown-up daughters and I stayed here for three days. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is on the ground floor of an attractive building in the square about 20 metres from the beach/harbour of Solidor - near Le Tour.
One of the reasons I chose it was because it has parking in a locked driveway behind the apartment although we didn't actually use it as it was easy enough to park right outside in the square where the car was perfectly safe.
We found Solidor itself to be a very attractive place in its' own right - very few tourists and so, much more "French" than St Malo which is about a twenty minute walk away along the coast.
Lysiane, who has one of the other apartments in the house, was extremely helpful., particularly when allowing us to arrive at 2:00am with no problems. The next day, she recommended places for us to visit and eat at and then kindly made reservations where necessary.
A very enjoyable stay and one we would certainly do again.
