The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Saint-Malo, a beautiful restored 65 m² flat nestled on the 3ᵉ and top floor without lift, under the roofs, it will offer you a magnificent view of Saint-Malo Intra-Muros and the roofs of St Servan. 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on your arrival. We're just waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A lounge area with double sofa bed, coffee table and TV
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances such as an electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge and microwave, plus a dining area.
- Bedroom 1 with two single beds (which can be pushed together)
- Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom with bath
- Shower room
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine, etc.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are just a 10-minute drive away, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Area and activities :
- In just 15 minutes' walk along the seafront or along the shopping street, you can reach the inner city.
- There is a market on Place St Servan 200 m away on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- A small oyster market is open every Sunday on Place Bouvet (theatre square).
- 2 mini-markets open 7 days a week less than 100 metres away on foot.
- St Servan is famous for its main shopping street, the solidor tower and the Cité d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo.
- Beaches and walks: Sheltered from the wind and bathed in sunshine, Saint-Servan's beaches and charming coves are ideal for families. On the bas-Sablons beach, just below the flat, you can enjoy lunch or a drink at the "Bac'O Sablons" while your children play on the sand below.
- Opposite the flat, you can enjoy the Bel Air park and its children's play areas. - - We also recommend a walk along the Corniche d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo, with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its neo-Romanesque cathedral, or a little further afield, a visit to the Parc de la Briantais, which also offers breathtaking views over the Rance estuary.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the free public car park 10m away.

- Nearest train station: Gare de Saint-Malo, about 7 minutes by car (2.6 km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 1 hour's drive away (74.4 km)
- Saint-Servan is served by several bus routes: route 1 (intra-muros/station/Madeleine shopping centre), route 8 (Intra-Muros/ Quelmer and its walks along the banks of the Rance), and route 3, which takes you to other seaside areas such as Plage du Sillon, Paramé and Courtoiville.
- You can also choose to cycle to the station (local à vélo).

Les communs de l'immeuble mériteraient un rafraichissement, mais pas d'inquiétude, l'appartement lui est rénové avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé. Fonctionnel, nous avons logé à 6 sans problème (avec 2 personnes dans le canapé-lit). Quartier calme, proche de la plage des Sablons et à environ 20 min à pied (avec jeunes enfants) de Saint-malo intra muros. Bref, un bon pied à terre pour découvrir plein de choses sans prendre la voiture, et avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
